Privacy Policy

DealerStand is a single-player blackjack game for iPhone and iPad. You can play without creating a Weteamsteve account. The app runs primarily on your device and uses Apple’s iOS services for optional social, sync, purchase, and advertising features described below.

We do not operate DealerStand login servers or collect gameplay data on our own backend for this app.

On your device. DealerStand stores game progress locally on your device, including chip balance, level, XP, achievements progress, settings, and table preferences. If you enable iCloud, this data may sync across your Apple devices signed into the same iCloud account.

Game Center. If you sign in to Game Center, Apple may associate your gameplay with your Game Center profile so you can use leaderboards and achievements. We do not receive your Apple ID password. Leaderboard entries typically include a display name and score data that Apple makes available through Game Center.

In-app purchases. Purchases (for example chip reload upgrades, basic strategy hints, or ad removal) are processed entirely by Apple through the App Store. We receive purchase confirmation from Apple to unlock features in the app; we do not receive or store your payment card details.

Advertising. DealerStand may show optional rewarded video ads so you can earn bonus chips. Ads are served by third-party advertising partners integrated in the app. Those partners may collect device identifiers, coarse location, and interaction data to deliver and measure ads, subject to your iOS tracking and privacy settings (including App Tracking Transparency where applicable).

Support email. If you contact us, we receive the information you include in your message (such as your email address and description of the issue).

• Provide core gameplay, chip reloads, daily bonuses, and progression features.
• Enable Game Center leaderboards and achievements when you choose to use them.
• Sync progress across devices via iCloud when enabled.
• Deliver and measure optional rewarded ads.
• Validate in-app purchases and restore purchases on new devices.
• Respond to support requests and fix bugs.

We do not sell your personal information.

DealerStand relies on Apple and other service providers that act on our behalf or at your direction:

• Apple — Game Center, iCloud, StoreKit (in-app purchases), and App Store distribution.
• Advertising partners — to show rewarded video ads when you opt to watch them.

Each third party processes data under its own privacy policy. We may disclose information if required by law or to protect users and our rights.

Game data on your device remains until you delete the app or reset app data. iCloud and Game Center data retention is controlled by Apple and your account settings.

Support emails are kept only as long as needed to resolve your request and for reasonable business records.

• Play offline. Core blackjack play works without an account. Social and sync features require Apple services.
• Game Center. Sign in or out in iOS Settings. You can control leaderboard visibility through Game Center settings.
• iCloud sync. Enable or disable in the app or in iOS Settings → Apple ID → iCloud.
• Ads. Watch ads only when you choose. Limit ad tracking in Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. In-app purchase options may remove ads.
• Purchases. Manage subscriptions and purchase history in Settings → Apple ID → Media & Purchases. Request refunds through Apple.

Because gameplay data stays on your device and Apple’s services, security depends largely on your device passcode, Apple ID, and iOS protections. We design DealerStand to minimize data collection and do not operate a separate account database for this app.

DealerStand is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal data, contact us and we will take steps to delete it.

Weteamsteve LLC is based in the United States. By using DealerStand, you understand that information processed through Apple or advertising partners may be handled in the United States or other countries where those providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy when we add features, change partners, or meet new legal requirements. Material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of DealerStand after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
